IMPORTANT
All students are required by State Law to obtain a physical examination from a licensed physician prior to entrance into Early Childhood, 4 year Old Preschool, Kindergarten, and 6th grade as well as participation in middle school athletics. Also, with participation in school athletics, an IHSA Concussion Acknowledgment & Consent Form needs to be electronically submitted. Please review all Health Requirements needed for your student(s) in the links. Transfer students are allowed thirty days to comply with this requirement.
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION AND IMMUNIZATIONS ARE DUE OCTOBER 15TH (of the current school year) OR YOUR CHILD WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM SCHOOL UNTIL THE PROPER UPDATED PAPERWORK IS TURNED IN.
If a Notary is needed for the proof of residency form, please call the District Office (630.773.1232) to schedule an appointment.
Students Records should be provided from prior schools including any IEP, health forms, attendance records, student discipline, academic records; however, student enrollment will not be prohibited because of a student's failure to present his/her student permanent or temporary records from a school attended previously.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time, completing the Online Registration process is NOT available through the TeacherEase App. The registration process can still be completed on a mobile device, it just needs to be accessed through the web browser.
Step 1: Log into your Teacher Ease Parent Portal account.
Log on at https://www.teacherease.com/
Click on the menu option Miscellaneous then on Online Registration
It will automatically show you your current student(s) and have you register them as returning.

Proof of residency is required at the time of registration for all New, Transferring, & Kindergarten students and returning 3rd & 6th Grade students. Proof of residency is also required if you have moved in the last school year.
Step 3: Pay online during registration or Mail a check.
NEW FOR 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR -- FEES CAN BE PAID DURING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS USING TEACHEREASE.
New student processing can take up to 48 hours for student information to be loaded to the payment program.

**The district does not withhold a student’s grades, transcripts, or diploma because of an unpaid balance on the student’s school account.
