Dr. Heidi Weeks - Deputy Superintendent

I am proud to be celebrating my eleventh year as a staff member in Itasca 10 and my 27th year in education. As the Deputy Superintendent—and the future Superintendent beginning in the 2026–2027 school year—I am committed to supporting all teachers and staff across the district. Prior to this role, I served as the Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning and as Principal at Peacock Middle School. Before joining District 10, I worked as both an administrator and teacher in Bloomingdale District 13 and as a teacher in Carpentersville District 300. I have twin sons who are pursuing degrees in Criminal Justice. In my spare time, I enjoy running and spending time with my family and friends.
