2025-2026 School Year Online Registration - Now Open
The steps below outline the registration process for new and returning students.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time, completing the Online Registration process is NOT available through the TeacherEase App. The registration process can still be completed on a mobile device, it just needs to be accessed through the web browser.
RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION
Step 1: Log into your Teacher Ease Parent Portal account
Log on at https://www.teacherease.com/
Click on the menu option Miscellaneous then on Online Registration.
It will automatically show you your current student(s) and have you register them as returning.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All students are required by State Law to obtain a physical examination from a licensed physician prior to entrance into Early Childhood, 4 year Old Preschool, Kindergarten, and 6th grade as well as participation in middle school athletics. Also, with participation in school athletics, an IHSA Concussion Acknowledgment & Consent Form needs to be electronically submitted. Please review all Health Requirements needed for your student(s) in the links. Transfer students are allowed thirty days to comply with this requirement.
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION AND IMMUNIZATIONS ARE DUE OCTOBER 15TH (of the current school year) OR YOUR CHILD WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM SCHOOL UNTIL THE PROPER UPDATED PAPERWORK IS TURNED IN.
Completed Health Forms can be emailed to the school contacts listed in step two below.
Step 2: Provide proof of residency and other required forms.
Proof of Residency
You may either mail your Proof of Residency documents or upload them directly in TeacherEase during the online registration process. Please be sure to submit all required documents, including:
- Proof of Residency form
- Driver’s license with your current home address
- Current county tax bill
- Two additional utility bills (e.g., water, Nicor, ComEd, etc.)
Proof of Residency is required at the time of registration for all new students, students that have moved in the last year, pre-school, kindergarten, and 6th grade students.
If a Notary is needed for the proof of residency form, please call the District Office (630.773.1232) to schedule an appointment.

Step 3: Pay online during registration or mail a check.
FEES CAN BE PAID DURING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS USING TEACHEREASE.
New student processing can take up to 48 hours for student information to be loaded to the payment program.

**The district does not withhold a student’s grades, transcripts, or diploma because of an unpaid balance on the student’s school account.
